Ready to ship items are sent via USPS within 5-7 business days. Pre-order clothing items are listed with estimated turn around times, and are shipped within 3-5 business days of us receiving the items from our manufacturer. If estimated turn around times on pre-orders are experiencing a delay we will contact you, or if you have questions regarding your order you may contact us at

All items are sent first class unless priority shipping is selected at check out. Only priority shipping comes with an insurance amount of $50.  Additional insurance can be provided for an additional cost. Claire Bella Couture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Should you experience any issues pertaining to shipping or receiving of your item once USPS has taken possession of the item please contact USPS at: 1-800-275-8777

Please use the USPS tracking number provided once your order is placed to monitor the delivery status.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international orders are subject to import/duty taxes by the receiving government. Any import/duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.


Returns/Exchanges and Refunds

All purchases are final as we do not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds on purchased items.  Please review our sizing chart and order accordingly. We do inspect all items prior to shipping, but should an item have a major defect please contact us at

Please note that many of these items have hand stitching, hand beading, and hand embroidery. Minor variations in product construction and design, pattern placement, fabric nubs, varied color due to personal perception or computer monitor, minor changes in bow placement or shape, and slight stitching errors not majorly affecting wear or overall garment  appearance are unique characteristics of your pieces that were joyfully made. We hope you love that these pieces are each as unique as the littles wearing them. These slight differences in garments are not considered defects.
