Clair Bella Couture reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, or any policies or guidelines governing the Site, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revisions to the Site, and may be posted without notice to you. By continuing to use this Site and following our posting of such changes, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as modified.
The material that appears on the Site is for informational purposes only. Despite our efforts to provide useful and accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. Before purchasing Products you've read about on the Site, you should confirm with the Claire Bella Couture team any information that is important to your purchasing decision. This information includes, but is not limited to, the price, conditions, commitments, monthly obligations, and other costs, of any product or service.

Your use of this Site and the Service is at your own risk. You may NOT use or download material displayed on this Site, including images. You agree not to disrupt, modify, or interfere with the Service in any way, and you agree not to impede or interfere with others’ use of the Service. You agree not to post any content or message that threatens, harasses, defames or in any way abuses others. You agree not to post or distribute any vulgar messages or obscene material. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, the Service.
All of our pictures are copyrighted and owned by Claire Bella Couture. You cannot use our pictures as they are property of Claire Bella Couture.
The trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed on this Site are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of Claire Bella Couture. Use of the Trademarks displayed on this Site, except as provided in these Terms, is strictly prohibited.
Material on the Service is for your personal use only. The Service contains copyrighted and other proprietary information. You agree that you will not in any way make commercial or other unauthorized use, by publication, re-transmission, distribution, performance, caching or otherwise, of material obtained through the Service, except as permitted by the Copyright Act or other law. All content on the Site, including text, pictures, graphics, logos, button icons, and images, and the selection and arrangement of such content is the exclusive property of Claire Bella Couture or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Claire Bella Couture is committed to protecting your privacy. Visit our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into, and made part of, these Terms. Claire Bella Couture may change the Privacy Policy in the future. You should check the Privacy Policy frequently for changes.
IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, IS MARKED "UNCLAIMED" OR “RETURN TO SENDER,” OR HAS BEEN DEEMED UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON BY THE CARRIER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL.
The original shipping will not be refunded on RTS (return to sender) packages.
Customers are responsible for any RTS (return to sender) fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly.
Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package or refund the subtotal of your order minus the RTS (return to sender) fee.
If you select to have the package reshipped you will need to pay the RTS(return to sender fee) and a shipping fee.
If you select to have the order refunded that will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.
To ensure this does not happen, please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or is sent back for insufficient address.
All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Claire Bella Couture. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to you when Claire Bella Couture delivers these items to the carrier.
Claire Bella Couture attempts to be accurate in describing its products. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. As the actual colors you see depend on your device's screen, however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
